These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AuxioAI websites and marketing pages (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy where applicable.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to scrape or overload the Site without permission.
3. Intellectual property
Content on the Site (including text, graphics, and logos) is owned by AuxioAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to view and use the Site as offered.

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Marketing email (CASL)
If you sign up to hear from us, we send marketing and promotional emails in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we obtain your consent, identify ourselves and provide contact information in each message, and include a working unsubscribe mechanism that we honour within 10 business days.
7. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the ADR Institute of Ontario, in accordance with its applicable rules. You and AuxioAI agree to arbitrate on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the extent permitted by law.
